School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Brandi was accused and disciplined by
the school system on allegations that she threatened fellow students with
"witchcraft". Her father was quoted in the local
news media as stating:
"It's hard for me to believe that in the year
2000 I am walking into court to defend my daughter against
charges of witchcraft."
Unfortunately for the Blackbear family, they lost the court battle.
