the school system on allegations that she threatened fellow students with
"witchcraft". Her father was quoted in the local
news media as stating:
"It's hard for me to believe that in the year 2000 I am walking into court to defend my daughter against charges of witchcraft."
Unfortunately for the Blackbear family, they lost the court battle.
