In Part 1 of this Bubbaworld Special Report we provided the basic facts of the case and, through a series of updates, took our readers through events culminating with the abatement of the public nuisance that was The Fence of LeFlore County, Oklahoma.
In Part 2 we take a look at the truly remarkable exercise in frustration involved in trying to obtain telephone service in LeFlore County, Oklahoma when you are the mother of Barbara Ellison. While most folks might expect to wait a few days to have telephone service installed, Maxine Weller has been waiting for months. And she's still waiting on the phone, and waiting and waiting...
In Part 3 we take a look at events involved in the abatement of The Fence of LeFlore County, an ill- advised small claims lawsuit and why it was doomed to fail and as an extra added bonus prove that Barbara Ellison has been right all along regarding the county right-of-way easement immediately south of her tracts of land.
In Part 4 we take a long and hard look at what Barbara Ellison and her Mother went through following the abatement of The Fence of LeFlore County. We also reveal the downright shocking failures of the so called 'justice system' of LeFlore County, Oklahoma.
